About Us
The Founding of The People's University of Bangladesh is a milestone in the history of the private universities in Bangladesh. The people's University of Bangladesh is a government approved private university established in 1996 under the private university act, 1992. The Foundation for people's Education sponsored the establishment of this university. The Foundation is a non-profit, non-commercial organization the principal aim of which is to promote human and social development through enhanced educational opportunities and innovative educational programs. The creation of pub is to cater for the growing needs of young learners for higher and to groom them for the leadership of the society with human values and excellence.
